R men able to come in for treatments? – yes, but only if they have been recommended by an existing client.
Do you sell vouchers? Due to the high demand & back log of voucher redemptions Due to the Covid19 restrictions I am currently not selling vouchers.
Why is your door locked?– a couple of reasons, to be able to give my clients the treatment they deserve without interruptions & to comply with COVID 19 guidelines. Please do not knock on R door to get attention, this only disturbs other peoples pleasure!
How do you comply to COVID 19 -I leave 15 mins in between each client, to enable me to clean sanitise all areas. I ask clients to sign a consent form to ensure they too R compliant. I ask clients to wash & sanitise their hands. Appropriate PPE is worn by client & myself.
Can I bring someone with me? Unfortunately not. Covid 19 guidelines.
Can clients below the age of 16 come to R Retreat? I would, however under age children need to be chaperoned, by a legal guardian. Which currently is against COVID guidelines.
Do you sell homecare? I do, GAIA natural skincare, Lisa Armitage, Jessica nails, Elim footcare.
What brands do you work with? ELEMIS, GAIA, LISA ARMITAGE, CRYSTAL CLEAR, , PENNY PRICE AROMATHERAPY, ELIM, GEL BOTTLE, SHELLAC, BLINE PEDICURE, AKWATERRA
What do I need to wear? be comfortable, loose fitting clothing that is easy to giggle! Bring flip flops for pedicures!
Do I have to have a tint/ adhesive/ LVL patch test, even if I have the treatment else where? Yes! a minimum of 24hrs before your appointment.
Why do I have to fill in a health questionnaire? It is a legal requirement, for me to treat you safely, consultation form must be filled in prior to your first treatment, please remember to bring your glasses!!
